Japan System Planning Co., Ltd. exhibited its pipe restoring device Pipetector at a leading construction, design and real estate show Chicago Build 2019 on September 19th ~ 20th.

JSP manufactures, sells and expands business of Pipetector, an anti-corrosion device for pipes, mainly in building facilities such as apartments, hospitals, hotels, factories, schools and office buildings. This red rust prevention device can be applied to various water pipes, such as tap water supply, central heating / chilled, condenser and domestic hot water supply piping.

Business activity of JSP is based not only in Japan. In overseas, we established a local corporation in the UK named Japan System Planning UK. Ltd. 15 years ago. From then on, Pipetector has been introduced to various iconic buildings throughout the UK, such as Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, the Palace of Westminster, the British Museum, the Guildhall London City Hall, Harrods Department Store, the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel, British Broadcasting Corporation, the Royal Bank of Scotland Bishopsgate No.250 and many others.

Aiming to develop the US market, we established an American corporation, Japan System Planning USA, Inc., and exhibited Pipetector at the business show. We strongly expect rapid business development in the not so far future since the US market size is tenfold of that of the UK.

Exhibitors we met there were builders, designers, facility management companies and others related to those businesses. Many people were interested in Pipetector as they had problem regarding red rust in their own houses or buildings.
