The Fe-ion content in the heating water was 43.81mg/L before the installation. But the level was reduced to 17.95mg/L after three weeks. Reduction of the Fe-ion content proceeded slow, as the heating system was not operating in August when Pipetector was installed. After the system resumed its full operation in October, the Fe-ion content kept decreasing until it dropped to 0.5195 mg/L in 33 weeks.
